Council and staff of the Town of Harbour Grace wish to congratulate Mr. Patrick Hearn on his new role as our municipality’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Patrick brings over sixteen years of municipal management experience into his new role, and he is a longtime member of the Harbour Grace Volunteer Fire Brigade. Welcome aboard (once again), Patrick!
