The Town of Harbour Grace wishes to inform residents that a section of Water Street, from College Lane to Bennett’s Lane, will be closed due to the sanitary storm sewer outfall relocation project. Please note that LeMarchant Street and Bennett Crescent will be open to local traffic only.
