Water Distribution to Residents Affected by Non-Consumption Order (Jan. 27, 2026)

Important Notice for All Residents on Town Services (i.e., not serviced by a well):

The Town of Harbour Grace will be distributing cases of filtered water to residents affected by the non-consumption order (i.e., all residents on Town services and not connected to a well). Distribution will take place this afternoon, Tuesday, January 27, 2026, from 2:30 – 5:30 p.m. at the Harbour Grace Volunteer Fire Brigade’s Fire Hall, located at 10 Bannerman Street.

There is a limit of one case of water per household at this time.

The impending storm means we are limited to a short distribution window, but we are planning further distribution times tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28, and residents will be updated on these times in a future notice.
