TOWN OF HARBOUR GRACE PUBLIC HEARING: Municipal Plan and Development Regulations, 2024-2034
The Town Council of Harbour Grace has adopted Municipal Plan and Development Regulations, 2024-2034. A Commissioner of Public Hearing has been appointed to consider objections and representations on the above noted Municipal Plan and Development Regulations. A Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on the 20th day of February 2025, at the Harbour Grace Town Hall.
Anyone wishing to make an objection or representation at the Public Hearing shall deposit with the Town Clerk of Harbour Grace, two copies of a signed written statement outlining the objection or representation by 4:00 p.m. on the 17th day of February 2025. If no written objection or representation with respect to the Harbour Grace Municipal Plan and Development Regulations, 2024-2034 are received within the time indicated, the Public Hearing may be cancelled.
The Town of Harbour Grace Municipal Plan and Development Regulations, 2024-2034, shall be on display and may be inspected during normal business hours at the Town Office, Harbour Grace. These two documents are also available on our website at the URLs below:
