Notice from the Municipal Assessment Agency (MAA) RE: Property Assessment Appeals
Effective June 1, 2026, property assessment appeals can only be filed online at https://maa.ca/appeals/file-an-appeal/
Property owners must use a valid credit card. No other method of payment will be accepted.
The deadline to file an appeal is sixty (60) days from the date of your notice of assessment (see box 3 of the assessment notice).
