Notice RE: Pilot Project on Queens Road: Change of Traffic Flow
The Town of Harbour Grace is implementing a one-month pilot project to change the flow of traffic on Queens Road. As of September 3, 2025, traffic will now enter Queens Road from Cabot Street, travel east, and exit onto Noad Street. Upon completion of the pilot project on October 3, 2025, the Town will then review the findings and decide whether this will be a permanent change.
