NOTICE TO RESIDENTS: HYDRANT FLUSHING (WEDNESDAY, JULY 22, 2026)
The Town of Harbour Grace wishes to advise residents that council crews will be flushing fire hydrants starting Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
The areas to be flushed on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, are:
- Water Street from Victoria Street to Cathedral Street, including all side roads and lanes in between.
- Harvey Street from Victoria Street to Cathedral Street, including all side roads and lanes in between.
Low pressure and discoloured water may be experienced in all areas of Town. On the scheduled day an area is to be flushed, it is advised to avoid or reduce the use of hot water and NOT wash clothes. Please run cold water to remove water discolouration and sediment.
The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
