Mark your calendars! The Eastern Regional Service Board is proud to partner with local fire departments to host Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection events in 2025.
HHW includes any products in your home that are poisonous, corrosive, flammable, or explosive. Improper disposal can endanger your health and safety, harm sanitation workers, damage infrastructure, and pollute the environment.
Hazardous waste does not belong with your regular household garbage. If you use hazardous products, it’s your responsibility to dispose of them safely.
These events are focused on areas with limited year-round options for hazardous waste disposal. Residents from anywhere in the Eastern region are welcome to drop off HHW.
Let’s work together to dispose of hazardous waste the right way—safely, responsibly, and for the good of our communities and the environment!

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
(HHW can only be dropped off during scheduled event times—not before or after.)
