Completed forms may be delivered to the Town Hall, 112 Water Street, Harbour Grace, NL, and will be added to a volunteer inventory.
Please note: All applicants will be subject to a Code of Conduct reference check with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. The Town of Harbour Grace can provide a letter for the associated fee to be waived.
