RE: Temporary Closure of the Harbour Grace Waste Recovery Facility:
In order to accommodate site improvements, the site will be closed from 4 p.m. on November 8 until 12 p.m. (noon) on December 2. During this time (or any time of the year) residents have access to other Waste Recovery Facilities or the residential drop off at Robin hood Bay Tuesday to Saturday.
Reminder RE: Access Cards:
Starting January 2, 2026, an ERSB Access Card will be required to use any Waste Recovery Facility.
Processing takes 4–6 weeks. If you have not yet applied, don’t wait—apply early so your card is ready before the deadline! No further extensions will be granted after this date.
