
The Town Council of Harbour Grace is in receipt of an application seeking permission to build two (2) storage unit buildings in addition to two (2) existing buildings located at 410 Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. This is a discretionary use (Light Industry) in an area zoned Town Centre (TC)—see regulation 125 of the Municipal Development Regulations.
