CALL FOR BIDS:
– ONE (1) NEW WHEEL LOADER
– ONE (1) NEW 4WD TRUCK WITH REGULAR CAB & HYDRAULIC DUMP BOX
Sealed bids will be received until 12 p.m. (noon) on Friday, March 10, 2023, for the supply and delivery of the above two pieces of equipment.
Specifics for each unit may be obtained at the Town Hall, 112 Water Street, Harbour Grace, NL, or can be faxed or emailed by contacting (709) 596-3631 ext. 6.
Equipment must be delivered on or before November 15, 2023.
Sealed bids will be opened publicly at the Town Hall on Friday, March 10, 2023, at 12 p.m. (noon).
A separate sealed envelope is required for each piece of equipment tendered. The sealed envelope should be clearly marked with the piece of equipment being bid in the envelope as listed above. Faxes and emails will not be accepted.

Lowest or any bid not necessarily accepted. Procurement process is subject to the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 (ATIPPA). The financial value of the contract will be publicly released with the award notification.
